Chef Eduardo Garcia is a James Beard Award-winning and Emmy-nominated chef, entrepreneur, and host of Big Sky Kitchen on the Magnolia Network. After sustaining an electrical Injury while hiking in Montana, resulting in extensive burns and the amputation of his arm, Eduardo became the subject of the award-winning documentary Charged and a sought-after motivational speaker sharing lessons of resilience and renewal. His work extends beyond cooking to food storytelling, advocacy, and experiences that connect people to what they eat.
